Community Manager - Association Management Group

"I have worked with Danielle Moore for several years as a Board member for Carolina Crossing. Danielle consistently attends Board of Directors’ meetings, as well as dealing with the myriad of emails we receive between meetings. She is conscientious, demonstrates a high level of competence along with a willingness to learn, follows HOA policies consistently, and demonstrates a high level of attention to detail.  Danielle cares about the community where she lives and the people who reside there. She regularly engages residents to seek their input and works to find common ground for issues brought to the Board’s attention. Danielle consistently works for the greater good in Carolina Crossing."

About Danielle

Danielle was born and raised in Greensboro, North Carolina. After attending Greensboro public schools, where she excelled in all her studies and extra-curricular activities, she was accepted to UNC-Chapel Hill, graduating with a B.A. Psychology and a Minor in Public Policy. She moved to work in Charlotte in 2000 and then moved to Pineville in 2010. She met her wonderful husband in 2018 and they have been married for three years. They are proud residents of the Carolina Crossing community. They enjoy traveling, dining out, visiting beaches, gardening and exercising - especially on the Sugar Creek Greenway!

Community Involvement

Danielle has been a Board member of the Carolina Crossing HOA for over 3 years, serving as a secretary and current Vice President. She has dedicated countless volunteer hours to her neighborhood, by attending monthly Board meetings and serving on the Compliance/Covenant Committee and Social/Pool Committee. As the former Compliance/Covenant Committee leader, she completed monthly compliance walks in the neighborhood to record covenant violations and to ensure the community remained a safe and beautiful place for its residents. As the current Pool Committee leader, she coordinates and organizes pool volunteers to be present at the pool as well as serves as point of contact for the summer security guard.

She also worked closely with a former Pineville police officer to assist with neighborhood speed regulation signs. Additionally, she often participates in meetings and initiatives such as budgeting and planning, parking improvements, community safety, landscaping, and social events for Carolina Crossing. As a Board member, she shows strong organizational, interpersonal and exceptional communication skills. She has been exposed to policies, procedures, and legal matters that have allowed her to gain ample experience. The same dedication and energy demonstrated as a Board member will be given to the Town Council.

Professional Attributes

As a co-leader of the Volunteer & Networking Committee of the Charlotte African-American Business Resource Group of Lincoln Financial Group, her employer of over 19 years, she is tasked with creating meeting agendas, soliciting volunteer ideas, participating in community volunteer efforts such as My Sister’s House, back-to-school drives and food drives. She gives time and effort to others and feels good that her employer provides this opportunity to serve Mecklenburg County.
